I have decided to relook at my approach for this journey.
So where does this leave me?
Total investment: $20 (no change - will change once I sign up for namecheap)
IG account: 205 -> 341 followers
Twitter account: 0 -> 23 followers
Total earnings: $0.88 -> $1.58 ($0.07 from a-ads, $0.63 from hashocean)
Thanks again for reading and if anyone can recommend a blog series or forum post series or even a book, I'd be grateful as I know I need guidance on this journey.
- Going the paid hosting and domain route -> namecheap will be my choice.
- The new website will be focused on building out the brand for the niche IG account, while I will keep the weebly website running with ads from TE.
- I have removed the content locking link on my IG profile for the following reasons
- I have earned $0 from OGAds the past week.
- I think my account is too small yet to monetize it.
- I am going to focus on building my IG niche account to 1000/5000/10000 followers. At each interval, I will test different methods for monetization (still to be researched).
- I have created a companion twitter account for my IG account.
- Using IFTTT (free account) to post my IG posts to twitter.
- I am using Websta (free account) to automate (likes / follows/ unfollows) the IG account with the help of this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/script-free-instagram-websta-automation.850072/
- 30-50 likes at a time worked ok.
- I have maxxed out my follows/unfollows for the day so will test this tomorrow.
- I am using ManageFlitter (free account) to automate the twitter account. (follows/unfollows).
- I used the above thread and modified the code to work with ManageFlitter.
- I was able to follow 30 people with no problem.
